The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Summary Report is used to see a list of accounts with unpaid balances or credits, as well as the aging of these balances and credits for over 30, 60, 90, and 120 days.
This report only considers Closed Invoices when calculating account balances and aging. Any payments or refunds that are made to Open Invoices will have no effect on balances or credits for this report. When generating this report, it will display all balances and credits on accounts up to the report end date. The start date has no relevance as this report is a running list of account balances and credits.
Users need to have the analytics_accounts_receivable_summary_report permission added to a role in order to access this report in Analytics.
