The ER is super busy and you’re running behind on completing treatments, it happens to the best of us! So, how does Instinct handle these situations?
If you complete a treatment before or after the scheduled treatment time, Instinct will not adjust the start time automatically for safety reasons for future treatments. For example, if a treatment is due at 10/10 and you complete it late at 11, the following treatments will stay scheduled at 10/10. If you’d like to adjust the start time, simply click the name of the order and edit the start time.

You can also ‘Skip’ or ‘Skip and Reschedule’ any treatment which adds a ‘NC’ (Not Completed) at the scheduled time and allows you to adjust the start time of the next treatment (if necessary).

Skip: add ‘NC’ to the scheduled time and the next treatment will be due at the normal scheduled time.
Skip and Reschedule – skip the currently scheduled treatment and adjust the start time of the next treatment (while keeping the original frequency). This is helpful if a patient is due for a pain medication but is still groggy/recovering from surgery, so you can reschedule the treatment a few hours later.
