My Board is your personalized dashboard of patients where you can see patients under your care automatically or customize a list of patients using pinning.
When you hover over the patient name field on the Status Board, you’ll see a gray push pin icon in the upper left corner. Click the pin and the patient will be pinned until you unpin them.
Nurses: you must pin patients to show them on your My Board.
Veterinarians: the patient must be assigned to you in the “DR” column in order for the patient to automatically show on your My Board, with the exception of patients on the Boarding Board. Patients will remain on your My Board 24 hours after check-out in the Recently Checked Out row. If a patient has multiple visits checked out within that same 24 hour time frame, each visit will display in this section separately.
💡 ProTip: Any staff member, including veterinarians, can pin any patient to your My board if you want to keep a “To-Do” list of patients for yourself even after they’ve been checked out. It’s also an easy way to keep an eye on patients not assigned to you.
