Using Instinct via web browser is very simple! Before accessing, please note that Instinct is optimized for devices with a screen size of 12” or larger for both a safety and user experience perspective. We do not recommend using Instinct on any devices that are smaller than 12″.
To use Instinct via web browser, visit: https://app.instinctvet.cloud/ on a Google Chrome browser.
Next, you’ll need your security token file.
Only your hospital administrators or IT Team can provide this to you. Once you have that, drag your token file directly onto the lock screen webpage which will process your hospital credentials and allow you to log in.
We also recommend saving the Instinct URL (https://app.instinctvet.cloud/) to your favorites/bookmarks on the Chrome browser for fast access. If your administrator team or IT Team have any questions please have them contact us at support@instinct.vet.
💡 ProTip: Google Chrome is the only browser we recommend using at this time. If you clear your cache/cookies, you will need to drag the token file onto the webpage again.
